Job description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in Employee Central, including EC Core, Benefits configuration, and Position Management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Foundation and experience in SAP EC.Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience with EC Core and EC Benefits configuration
• Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects and MDF Objects
• Hands-on with Business Rules, Workflows, and Position Management
• Experience in Event Reason Derivation and Propagation Rules
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic integration concepts
• Good to have working knowledge in integration tools like Mulesoft & ability to support integration issues.
• Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
• Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testing
• Ability to manage enhancement requests, including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Understanding of data models, XML configuration, and permissions framework (RBP)
• Certified in SF ECCLIFE AT CAPGEMINI
