We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting both business-as-usual activities and the exciting global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders and contributing to the future of HR technology at our organisation.

This role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility:

  • Supporting the Employee Central Workstream Lead in the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Providing ongoing business support and specialising in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Provide technical thought leadership on new business opportunities and/or issues
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, execute against those opportunities, and successfully realize quantifiable benefits
  • Provide oversight for the feature enhancements and project support of HR applications
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements (SOX/PCI) and enforce IT standards for enterprise consistency
  • Managing tickets for HRIS team. Acting upon and resolving all queries, quickly escalating any technical issues that need further investigation.
  • Taking solution design directions from HRIS team and configuring from documentation.
  • Project support and business as usual activities for managing change requests, documentation, testing, and deployment of new functionality and system enhancements.
  • Maintaining and managing knowledge content, facilitating the content reviews with all GPO centres of excellence, ensuring content is updated and accurate.
  • Work collaboratively and at pace with key stakeholders - HR teams, IT teams and business areas - to provide support, guidance and training.
  • Systems administration tasks, including bulk data imports, exports and changes, workflow design and creating business rules.
  • Working with third party vendors to suggest, develop and implement functionality to meet the business needs.
  • Designing and coordinating UAT activity, working with cross departmental teams.
  • Assisting in upgrades of all SaaS systems in GPO and developing new functionality
