We are looking for a People System Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors) for our client on a contract basis (FTC , Hybrid (Oxford)), to support the development, maintenance, and user adoption of our HR systems (primarily SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring they meet business and compliance requirements. You’ll collaborate with People teams and technical partners, manage system enhancements, and support reporting and data accuracy.

• Support configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Act as first-line support for system issues, access requests, and troubleshooting queries.
• Coordinate HRIS updates, releases, and testing activities.
• Ensure alignment between system functionality and business needs through user feedback and process reviews.
• Maintain user permissions and data security in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
• Develop and deliver system training and onboarding for People team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive system adoption and best practices.
• Provide accurate, timely HR reports and dashboards for People teams and business leaders.
• Work closely with IT and vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues or enhancement requests.
• Support audits, system documentation, and change control processes.
• Monitor system usage, adoption trends, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.
