JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5 years of hands-on experience in Employee Central. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Integrations, Data Replications, and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules
  • Design and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other systems
  • Handle data replication processes to and from SAP and third-party platforms
  • Configure and support SuccessFactors Onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure system integrity, performance, and adherence to best practices
