SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant - Germany Location: Germany - remote possible, occasional travel to client sites if required Language: German B2+ required, English proficiency desirable About the Role: We are partnering with a leading SAP consulting firm to hire Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultants. This is a high-priority role working on SF Compensation and Variable Pay implementations. Consultants will advise clients on requirements analysis, process documentation, full configuration (customizing), and implementation in customer environments. The role is open for both permanent employees and freelance consultants. Tasks Support and lead consulting projects in SF Compensation and Variable Pay Conduct requirements analysis and process documentation Configure and implement SF Compensation solutions for client organizations Provide guidance and support during the full implementation lifecycle Collaborate with clients on process optimization and best practices Requirements 3-5 years of project and consulting experience in SF Compensation Strong experience in German Payroll (experience with other countries’ payroll is not required) Hands-on knowledge of full SF Compensation customizing and implementation Strong communication skills in German and English Customer-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused Exciting SF Compensation projects with leading clients Opportunities for personal and professional development Flexible working hours and remote work within Germany Attractive benefits!
