JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR, with a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively. A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Implementation:
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
  • Integration and Support:
  • Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
