Responsibilities

In this role the ideal candidate will focus on operations and managed services, ensuring seamless SAP application performance and continuous improvements.

You will play a key role in:

  • Provide design, configuration, testing and support of the time and payroll components of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) and/or SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Provide expert knowledge for the design and preparation of functional specifications to enhance the time and payroll components within SAP.
  • Plan for and conduct unit/integration/user acceptance/regression testing for time and payroll configuration and developments.
  • Liaise with the business and consultants to summarising, determine and prepare functional specifications, change requests including design and configuration details
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of payroll activity/processes to drive for ongoing improvements to efficiency across Payroll
  • Supports Payroll Department with queries in relation to the system, provide mentoring support and guidance to Payroll Department on areas of expertise.
  • Execute testing plans to support any Payroll system configuration changes Deliver effective communications and ticket management
