Your role in the team

• 
  
• Responsibility for the architecture, operation, and strategic development of the SAP SuccessFactors suite (especially Employee Central)
• 
  
• Active implementation and optimization of additional modules (e.g., recruiting, onboarding) and supporting HR departments in digitalization.
• 
  
• Responsibility for system configuration and the integration of upstream and downstream systems for cloud solutions via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• 
  
• Handling of 2nd-level support as well as the complete incident and problem management, including customer communication and coordination of internal IT departments.
• 
  
• Recording of customer requirements (change management) and coordination of implementation in the release and deployment process
• 
  
• Analysis, structuring, and documentation of the software solutions managed, as well as the definition and alignment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our internal clients.
