The Learning Tech & Process Optimization is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert to assist the Learning organization in streamlining the technical learning landscape, translating the organization’s business needs into IT requirements and realizing the full value of our HCM solution.

As an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert, you will collaborate with learning leaders and colleagues from Learning Business Partners, Learning Portfolio Management, Learning Content & Delivery teams to evaluate technology requirements and determine how SAP SuccessFactors Learning can effectively support the organization’s business strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, defining deliverables, and offering expert guidance on the learning business requirements. In addition, you will:

• Work alongside the SAP SuccessFactors product team to identity improvements from the roadmap and prepare the environment to adopt them
• Work closely with Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) to review, test and roll out new releases, features and configuration changes of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning functionality
• Work closely with Learning Operations teams to configure the Learning module, including learning items, catalogs, programs, curriculums, and assignment profiles
• Help review and update role-based permissions and workflows
