SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant/Manager
Ready to level up your career? We’re looking for people with SAP SuccessFactors skills in the Senior Consultant to Manager level in our SAP SuccessFactors practice. We are looking for people across the many aspects of the SAP Cloud-Based Solution focussing on your technical and functional experience.

YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

A minimum 3 years’ experience within the SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional areas.
Functional knowledge in SF Employee Central, SF Onboarding and EC Payroll would be an advantage.
Project experience in implementation is imperative.
Interacting and engaging effectively through workshops and meetings with the different stakeholders and team members to deliver a world class HR Transformation solution.
Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope and budget are maintained.
Data migration experience would also be beneficial.
What will your typical day look like?
As a SAP SuccessFactors professional, your day to day you might be:
Consulting with the client, designing and building HR/Payroll solutions.
Lead or participate in workshops with business owners to gather requirements or validate solution.
Managing client expectations on deliverables and timelines.
Project documentation including requirements, configuration and user guides.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users or HR teams to help them understand the system.
