KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SPECIALIST
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Completed (technical) university degree in economics, business informatics or comparable degree programmes (diploma or master’s degree) or training with a corresponding additional qualification.
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central and ideally also at least one other module. Experience with Interfaces is a plus
- SAP SuccessFactors Platform Expert and/or Employee Central Core Expert certification. Ideally cross-module implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strategic understanding and a high willingness to innovate as well as the ability and willingness to adapt one’s own strategies, goals and tasks to changing situations.
- Strong ability to work in a goal-orientated, interdisciplinary and holistic manner.
