Tasks
- Develop a detailed design for all requirements related to physical separation, with a strong focus on the Compensation Module.
- Perform all necessary configuration activities during the build phase.
- Independently organize, manage, and execute project testing (Non-Regression, Regression, System Integration, and User Acceptance Tests).
- Prepare and execute cut-over activities for deployment to production.
- Manage all project documentation, including Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manuals, Workbooks, Training Materials, and Testing Documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users.
Requirements
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation Module.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing.
- Experience in configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of testing strategies and deployment methodologies
