Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the wholesale industry. They are looking for a SAP Support Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver SAP first-level support for functional processes across areas such as Finance, Sales and Industrial operations department.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and define business needs.
  • Identify discrepancies or inefficiencies, propose alternative approaches, and implement solutions.
  • Diagnose and address system-related issues in collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide on-demand assistance when required.
  • Prepare and maintain system workflow documentation and functional specifications.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios to validate system functionality.
  • Customize and update training materials and user documentation to suit local requirements.
  • Manage integration processes between ERP systems and other business applications.
  • Engage in projects led by headquarters, global teams, or external vendors as assigned.
  • To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in IT or relevant field of studies
  • Relevant SAP Support experience with Finance, Material Management or Sales & Distribution would be great advantageous.
