JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for SAP implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP modules, test planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 10+ years of SAP testing experience with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.).
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure test coverage across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Manage test teams and assign tasks across different phases (SIT, UAT, Regression).
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Drive defect triage, resolution, and reporting activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
