Summary
We are looking for a “SAP Test Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Design & Development” department in Taufkirchen or Ulm as soon as possible.
As part of the planned migration to S/4HANA, HENSOLDT intends to harmonize and digitize processes globally. The structured management of data in line with the company’s objectives is of key importance in this strategy.

Your Tasks

• Planning, organization, coordination and responsibility of functional, integration and migration tests for HENSOLDT IT projects and changes to ensure the quality of our global SAP template and their local instances.
• Coordination, management and responsibility of regression tests, defect management and error-free handover to regular operations
• Creation of consistent test documentation across all levels of testing
• Implementation, operation and continuous improvement of a hyper-integrated tool for test management, test documentation and test release
• Implementation, operation and development of a tool for test automation
• Use of innovative test concepts and methods (e.g. risk-based testing), which are embedded in agile and semi-agile project methods and roll outs in the HENSOLDT organization globally
• Supporting the business departments in the creation of test cases and their systemic mapping
• Close cooperation with IT project managers and IT service owners

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science or adequate training or extensive practical experience in IT test management
• Several years of practical experience in the use and operation of test tools (preferably Tricentis, Qtest, Tosca, Livecompare)
• Practical experience in test management and test automation, especially in the area of SAP
• Good to very good knowledge and practical application experience for agile project methods
• High level of understanding of process models and the E2E process landscape of industrial companies
• Structured and stringent working style, high degree of thoroughness and accuracy, motivation and assertiveness
• Commitment and the ability to work independently
• Communicative, good to very good ability to explain complex contexts
• Good team orientation with a high level of commitment
• Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French advantageous
