To help bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a seasoned SAP Test Stream Lead to shape and deliver testing strategy across our complex, multi-year SAP transformation program.
This is not a traditional test management role – it’s a strategic leadership opportunity to embed robust testing approaches into a DevOps-oriented model, and drive engineering-level quality assurance across a highly integrated SAP landscape.
In this 24 month fixed term contract, working 4 days a week from our Surry Hills tech hub and 1 day from home, you’ll champion a culture of quality, lead multi-stream testing, and work side-by-side with delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver a successful transformation.

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, aligned with program goals and iterative rollout timelines
• Oversee the entire testing lifecycle: Unit, Integration, System, UAT, Regression, Automation & Performance
• Build and lead test teams across locations, including offshore/onshore resourcing
• Develop and manage test plans, scripts, and test data for SAP modules and integrated systems
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Coordinate testing across multiple waves, managing risks in a phased rollout model
• Drive implementation of test automation frameworks (e.g. Tricentis Tosca)
• Lead performance testing strategy to meet load and response requirements
• Track, manage, and resolve defects through to closure
• Provide clear dashboards, test metrics and status updates to PMO and executives
• Ensure all test deliverables are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory standards
