POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a SAP TM Consultant specializing in S/4HANA, you will support transportation management processes by designing, configuring, and implementing SAP TM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, integrated SAP solutions that enhance logistics operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM, including SAP LBN
• Deep expertise in SAP TM embedded in S/4HANA
• Strong functional knowledge of TM order management, freight planning, tendering, costing, and settlement
• Proven experience integrating SAP TM with SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, and third-party logistics systems
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP TM implementations (preferably on S/4HANA)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• SAP TM certification, nice to have

• Support logistics execution and carrier collaboration via SAP LBN
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
