YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You’ll possess a strong understanding of your client’s value chain and ideally have experience in multiple industries.
  • Have a high-level understanding of how SAP, and a variety of other technologies, can be deployed to drive top and bottom-line performance.
  • Have experience in designing method and tooling and using technology to improve delivery excellence and cost to deliver.
  • Produce high quality client-facing written materials and be a confident and engaging presenter.
  • Demonstrate excellent client facing skills, empathising with and understanding their perspective. You will be equally comfortable working on bid teams as delivering the solution in partnership with our clients.
  • Have experience collaborating with distributed teams across all phases of presales and delivery in major global organisations and will have experience working in a large consultancy.
  • Demonstrate commitment, flexibility, thought leadership and a drive and interest to expand your knowledge in new technologies and industry focus, through training and research to develop your career within the SBS team and the wider Capgemini Group.
  • Be comfortable with managing complexity and ambiguity and giving clear advice and leadership to internal and external teams.
  • Have a passion for working with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their investment in technology.
  • You will be comfortable and productive working under the time pressure inherent in bid responses, and

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

  • Understand the business transformation agenda for large and strategic bids and design solutions to move clients through their maturity model.
  • Partner closely with solutions teams from across and outside Capgemini to ensure a cohesive and high-quality bid response is generated.
  • Ensure the business transformation and business change components of the bid are represented with a compelling solution.
  • Continually improve the method and tooling around business transformation, client engagement and the management of change across all phases of client delivery.
  • Present our approach to clients in a compelling and meaningful way.
  • Work on business cases, Phase 0, design, and delivery phases of engagements directly with our clients
  • Perform programme reviews where needed to identify areas for improvement or delivery opportunities.
    Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
