Description
Our client is a world-leading Digital change and transformation partner, focusing on Data, AI, and Analytics. They have an urgent contract role available for an SAP UI Frontend Developer with experience of working with the Low-Code platform Simplifier. Fiori is also highly desirable. The role is to start in January 2026, running for 6 months initially. Their end client is a German business so German language skills would be beneficial but not essential. The contract can be delivered remotely, but flexibility to travel if need is required. Tasks SAP UI Frontend Developer: Requirements Key Requirements: Low-Code Platform Proficiency (Simplifier) UI development using Simplifier’s drag-and-drop tools Workflow and logic building via visual editors Understanding Simplifier’s architecture, modules, and app/API/permission management Experience with Simplifier-specific scripting (JavaScript-based) SAP Fiori & UI5 Expertise Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and role-based UX Experience with SAPUI5/OpenUI5 for custom extensions Knowledge of OData services and UI component binding JavaScript & JSON Writing custom logic in backend/frontend scripts DevOps & Deployment Awareness Understanding Simplifier’s versioning and deployment flows Soft Skills / Process Knowledge Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) Familiarity with SAP business processes (CS, MM, SD, PM) Strong communication skills for business and IT collaboration
