REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP VIM and OpenText solutions 3.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, FI, and integration with OCR tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, FIORI apps, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is a plus 5.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Prior work in financial services, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) and Agi loft integration 1 2.
• Experience supporting global rollouts and multi-country invoice processing environments.
  The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $74.86/hour - $116.97/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

1. Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP VIM workflows and document types.
• Integrate VIM with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems (e.g., Agi loft, OpenText OCR).
• Customize VIM functionalities to support both PO and non-PO invoice processing 1 2.

1. Project Delivery & Support

• Manage end-to-end VIM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and go-live support 3.
• Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and performance tuning 3.

1. Workflow & Role Configuration

• Define and maintain VIM roles such as AP Expert, Requestor/Coder, Purchaser, Vendor Maintenance, Approvers and Information Providers4.
• Configure SAP work centers and user access through SAP GRC tools 4.

1. Compliance & Integration

• Ensure compliance with regional regulations (e.g., Italy’s Fattura PA via SDI integration) 5.
• Support automation of invoice validation, exception handling, and real-time notifications 5.

1. Training & Documentation

• Conduct user training and create documentation for workflows, exception handling, and system usage 3.
