You will leverage your expertise in SAP Workforce Software (WFS) to implement, configure, and support solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.     Key Responsibilities:   Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of ADP Workforce Time & Attendance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configure ADP Workforce modules, including job scheduling, time & attendance, absence management, and payroll integration. Develop and maintain data mapping rules and interfaces between ADP Workforce and other systems.   Process Optimization: Analyse current workforce time processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized processes using ADP Workforce functionalities. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ADP Workforce.   Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ADP Workforce system. Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures. Support data migration activities as needed.   Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain various reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce performance and utilization. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely information.   Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve technical issues related to ADP Workforce. Provide ongoing support to users and address their queries. Manage and prioritize support requests effectively.     Required Qualifications:   Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ADP Workforce time and attendance implementation and support. Strong understanding of ADP Workforce modules, including scheduling, time & attendance, absence management, and payroll integration.     Preferred Qualifications:   Certification in ADP Workforce as a configuration or integration specialist (PT102 or PT103 or relevant ones). Experience in a specific industry or functional area. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., HR, FI, CO).
