Moog is seeking a dynamic SAP Work Stream Integrator – Security & Authorization to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, sustaining, improving, and implementing SAP security and compliance processes across global SAP ECC and our S4 Hana migration. You’ll be a key contributor to shaping future-proof architecture and driving governance excellence. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is equally comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team. You should be passionate about innovation, process design, and governance excellence.
You can be based in the UK, Germany, or the Netherlands. This position offers flexibility to accommodate fully remote, hybrid, or onsite work, depending on the incumbent’s location, and involves up to 25%-35% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a governance framework and security architecture to manage standardized authorizations for Moog’s global SAP blueprint
• Lead deployment activities, including planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Create standard Design, Build and test process for security roles across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, NetWeaver, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Moog’s security principles and global policies
• Collaborate across functions to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts in security design.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of SAP Security experience (more preferred)
• Expertise in SAP security configuration and ABAP system security
• High Level of Experience with SAP GRC development and support
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, BW, NetWeaver, and Fiori
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills (Excel or similar)
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, or CoBIT standards
