About the Role
We’re hiring an SCM o9 Technical Analyst (Demand Planning) to help our organization leverage the o9 platform—and related tools—to improve demand forecasting, inventory efficiency, and decision-making. You’ll implement demand-planning capabilities, integrate data and systems, and ensure the supply chain is ready to meet expected demand.

What You’ll Do

• Implement demand planning processes and capabilities across the supply chain.
• Configure and use o9 (preferred) and/or SAP, Kinaxis for demand planning.
• Build and refine statistical and machine learning–based forecasting models.
• Integrate customer intelligence from sales forecasts and facilitate consensus demand statements.
• Connect planning tools with upstream/downstream systems to enable end-to-end visibility.
• Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock and minimize stockouts.
• Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and sales patterns to support decisions.

What You Bring

• Strong demand planning domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with o9 (preferred) and/or SAP, Kinaxis in a production environment.
• Proven experience implementing demand planning solutions, including systems integration and cross-functional process alignment.
• Practical experience with statistical/ML forecasting, sales forecast inputs, and consensus demand processes.
• Track record of ensuring supply chain readiness to meet forecasted demand and improving inventory performance.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
