JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive SAQ Coordinator to join our IBS Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all Site Acquisition (SAQ) activities, ensuring timely delivery in line with project targets and PIP requirements. This role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with internal teams, building management, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in SAQ coordination or a similar role within IBS or telecom projects.
  • Strong understanding of site acquisition processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with building management and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Driving License is MANDATORY
  • ARABIC speaking is preferred
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Ensure monthly SAQ deliveries are achieved as per project management targets (based on project PIP).
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily SAQ activities in accordance with the agreed process and lead times.
  • Provide regular SAQ updates and reports to the management.
  • Maintain daily updates in the ERP system (once operational).
  • Review and verify all SAQ documents, applying proper quality control standards.
  • Perform end-to-end site acquisition, including site hunting and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit Building Information Reports (BIR) and approach BMs for feedback and approvals.
  • Conduct Technical Site Surveys within the SAQ scope.
  • Coordinate collection of initial acceptance documents and floor layouts as required by the design team.
  • Arrange site access for all involved teams and ensure smooth handover for technical work.
  • Resolve issues related to KOM (Kick-Off Meetings), site access, and BM approvals.
  • Provide accurate power forecasts prior to site works.
  • Lead and provide support during DAS design submissions and follow-up for BM approvals.
  • Offer training and performance improvement suggestions for the SAQ team.
  • Facilitate site sharing acquisition (where within scope).
  • Support technical teams on-site when necessary.
