Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct routine inspections of operational and administrative processes across different departments.
  2. Observe work activities to ensure established procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and correct process sequences are followed.
  3. Monitor process performance, including processing time, turnaround time, waiting periods, and workflow.
  4. Identify and record process deviations, delays, bottlenecks, repeated activities, unnecessary steps, rework, and other inefficiencies.
  5. Check compliance with required approvals, documentation, records, and quality requirements.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, productivity, and overall workflow.
  7. Maintain accurate inspection checklists, records, observations, and supporting documentation.
  8. Prepare clear inspection reports and promptly report significant process or quality concerns.
  9. Follow up on identified issues and corrective actions to confirm implementation and check for recurring problems.
  10. Coordinate with employees and supervisors to understand process challenges and provide observations to the direct manager for further review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous exposure to a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
