With simplicity, speed, and low cost by leveraging product development capabilities close to our partners in Southeast Asia area, we are now looking for Project Controller! Job Description As Project Controller, you will be responsible to lead the process in project planning, tracking and ensure the team delivers according to plan. In the project planning, the need of tracking will be connected to time pans, and you will be responsible for making sure that the team follow ways of working methods and business rules You will be the important role of the product development team, and your common goals is to develop the products with speed, low cost, quality and IKEA identity. You will lead with fact-based decision making with different scenarios and recommendations in the product development projects. If the projects face a risk or have deviations, you will be responsible for capturing this and communicate to the portfolio leader in IOS. You will also be responsible for documenting and taking notes, as well documenting lessons learned and secure these learnings in new projects You will be responsible for range management, product information, range administration and range change execution for news development in assigned projects You will ensure a strong performance culture where project deviations are detected early and acted upon You will lead that the milestones and mandatory actions in relation to the process, as well as improvements and secure that all documentation is in place You will communicate project results in a clear and inspiring way, and make sure all mile stone meetings with range areas are booked in time and in a professional manner. Qualifications We are looking for you who has: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Interest in people´s life at home, has energy, drive and passion to deliver better products Experience in Project Management (planning, execution, risk management) Ability to facilitate effective meetings, and putting potentials and risks in projects on the table, lead the team and acting on deviations and want find solutions Willpower and humbleness, and who are result oriented and wants to lead things through people. Hands on approach with a big project ambition in mind Interest in details and operation, but who also can see the tactical and long-term ambition. Logical thinking and structured way of working, ability to simplifying complex issues Openness, authenticity with clear self-awareness, ability to build strong relations and collaboration with development team and other stakeholders Proactive attitude, having the courage to question and challenge across topics, always wanting to find better ways and improve the effectiveness.
