Our Strategy and Transaction (SAT) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. Major groups (or, as we call them, sub-service lines and competencies) within SAT include Mergers and Acquisition Services, Project Finance, Restructuring Services, Operational Transaction Services, Transaction Support, Transaction Tax, and Valuation and Business Modelling.
We are seeking to build on recent successes and continue to grow the origination and execution capacity of the team through the recruitment of an M&A professional in our team at the experienced Manager level.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will participate in the execution of corporate finance transactions (buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory) for our clients, preparing client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and divestitures which includes the preparation of information memorandums and business plans. You will take an active role in origination and business development activities including involvement in the research materials, preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials and involvement in meeting with existing / target clients. There will be an opportunity for you to get involved in a number of projects at any one time, managing assignments/work streams and the teams reporting to the responsible Director/Associate Partner/Partner.
