The charter for this role will include: Create and appear in educational content for Leap Scholar’s YouTube channel — SAT strategies, concept explanations & question breakdowns Collaborate with the marketing/content team to develop highly engaging YouTube videos tailored for Digital SAT Conduct SAT preparation classes for individuals or groups of students Assess students’ performance and progress across SAT Math / Reading & Writing Provide clear, actionable feedback to help students improve their scores Administer mock SAT exams, review results & track readiness Guide students on high-yield test-taking strategies, digital tools & time management Encourage and motivate students to achieve target scores Stay updated on SAT exam trends, question patterns & scoring changes Communicate regularly with students to support learning outcomes and address doubts Ideal Persona: Comfortable appearing on camera and creating digital learning content Strong communication, presentation & storytelling skills Minimum 3–6 months of SAT teaching experience (Math / Reading & Writing) High SAT Score OR proven success coaching students to high scores Tech-savvy — confident using Zoom, whiteboard tools, recording setups Prerequisites for this role will include: 1–2 days per week dedicated to YouTube content shoots at the office 8 hours of sessions; 6 days a week Work Timing Options: a) 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM b) 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM c) 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM + 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM d) 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM + 07:00 PM – 11:00 PM
