North Bay Home Health provides compassionate, in-home care across the greater Tampa area. We specialize in 1:1 pediatric care—serving infants to young adults—ensuring treatment follows the pediatrician and PCP’s plan while supporting families with daily needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active FL or Multistate LPN/RN license (Required)
• BLS CPR (American Heart Association or Red Cross only)
• 2+ years home health or acute care experience (preferred)
• Pediatric, G-tube, Trach, or Vent experience a plus

• Provide 12-hour one-on-one pediatric care in the home
• Follow physician orders & update care teams on any changes
• Maintain safe, preventative care practices
• Document patient progress, conditions, and changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
