Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst at the Senior Associate 2 level within the Product Development team, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure successful product development. Your contributions will enhance our commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet client needs while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, preferably in a product development environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile frameworks and user story creation.
  • Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements management tools.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and promote collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making .

Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings, pro duct updates, and recommendations, promoting transparency and collaboration.
  1. Product Development Support:
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that user experience considerations are integrated into product requirements and designs.
  • Work closely with development teams to validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements and expectations, performing user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
  1. Process Mapping and Documentation:
  • Develop process maps , ERD’s , use cases, and user stories to document current and future business processes, enhancing clarity and insight for stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, project scope, and testing outcomes to ensure a clear project trail and knowledge sharing.
  1. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance product offerings and operational effectiveness.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data and metrics related to product performance and user feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve product features.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives .
  1. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Assist in training staff and stakeholders on new product features, functionalities, and best practices, promoting effective adoption and utilization .
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge, tools, and techniques with team members to enhance collective capabilities.
