In HR transformation and technology at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organisations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Position Overview: As a Senior Manager in HR Transformation / Operating Model Consulting, you will lead organization-wide initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, implementing HRIS systems, developing operating models, refining organizational design, and enhancing service delivery. You will establish the strategic direction for transformation efforts and collaborate closely with executive leadership to align HR capabilities with business goals. Requirements: Qualifications / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field Master’s degree (advantageous) Experience & Skills: Extensive experience in leading large-scale HR projects and initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and change management expertise. Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in leading global HR transformations. Ability to develop and execute transformation strategies across complex organizations. Strong decision-making capabilities and business acumen. Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of advanced HRIS systems and integrations such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow (advantageous) Responsibilities: Develop and drive strategic HR transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance HR service delivery for our clients. Design and implement complex operating models and organization structures, driving change management efforts. Serve as a key advisor to senior executives on HR strategy and operational improvements. Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating communication, buy-in, and alignment. Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and developing their skills and capabilities.
