You’ll organise playbooks, policies, and examples; help design agent‑assisted workflows; and support testing, training, and adoption. You’ll be using AI to address commercial drafting, renegotiations, and contracting challenges. Great fit for lawyers, paralegals, contract analysts, or legal ops professionals who enjoy applying technology to everyday legal work. Experience with tools like Leah, Harvey, or Legora is helpful but not required. Key responsibilities • Gather and structure the rules, examples, and language legal teams rely on. • Draft clear problem statements and use cases that respective AI tool can support. • Help design and refine the user experience; test with real examples and iterate. • Create guides, FAQs, and short videos so people can self‑serve with confidence. • Define requirements and work with engineers to connect solutions to the client’s existing tools when needed. Experience & skills • 1–3 years in legal (law firm or in‑house), contracting, legal ops. • Strong analysis and drafting; comfortable working with structured information. • Curiosity about AI‑enabled tools and how they support decision‑making • Confident communicator who can explain “how and why” in plain English.
