ABOUT THE ROLE
Working alongside our administrative team and under the supervision of the Manager of Administration, the Saturday Administrative Assistant provides a variety of clerical duties within a dynamic environment. An ideal candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into their work. As the liaison between clients and other team members (coaches, medical practitioners, psychologists, etc.), you ensure processes and services run smoothly and meet the standards of quality care, in a timely manner.
Please note, this role is not remote but rather will be in-person, working on site at the Clinic’s Oakville location on Saturdays.
