Saturday Viewing Assistant
We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly and highly professional individual to join our busy Sales office in Coulsdon as a Saturday Viewing Assistant. In this role, your main duties will include conducting property viewings for potential purchasers, gathering feedback and offers, and reporting to both negotiators and the branch manager. You will be based in our Coulsdon Branch. Properties are situated in Coulsdon, Purley and its surrounding areas. Candidates must have their own car and be willing to travel to and from the properties.
We deal with the middle to upper end of the market and so the ability to communicate on this level, being professional and well presented are essential.
Experience: No experience required - full training will be given

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a car
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organised
• Reliable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings for potential purchasers
• Attend to clients and visitors in the office on Saturdays
• Ensure a high level of customer service in all interactions
• Some office admin

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Mature and well presented
• Valid driving license and own car
• Good communication & organisational skills
• Able to give a high level of customer service
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
