Role Overview We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Rickmansworth Lettings team as a viewing assistant. This role will be to provide support on Saturday's between 9am-4pm, and requires a valid UK driving license. There may be the opportunity to pick up additional hours in the week in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings. Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative. Have a good understanding of the property market. Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market. Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly. To have knowledge & experience of Rickmansworth and the surrounding villages Key Skills Self-motivated. Adaptable, excellent people skills. Confident dealing with clients and purchasers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly build rapport. Professional and personable.
