QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (certifications such as CCM or CPCM are a plus).
10+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing diverse and complex contracts.
Strong understanding of contract law, compliance standards, and procurement principles.
Advanced proficiency in contract management software and tools, as well as strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk assessment and financial analysis related to contract terms.
Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring they are clear and concise and align with company objectives and legal requirements.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, renewal, and closure, maintaining a well-organized and easily accessible contract repository.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract terms align with broader business goals.
Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and proactively address potential disputes or issues.
Develop and implement standardized contract templates, processes, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Stay informed about the latest legal and regulatory updates, ensuring all contracts remain compliant and competitive.
Train and mentor colleagues on best practices for contract management and risk mitigation.
Analyze contract data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
