providing support to the human resources team in various HR administrative duties as personnel, recruitment, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures as well as general administrative
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR databases, confidential records, personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met
2. Ensure compliance with NGO policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
3. Coordinate and participate in onboarding process for new employees and employee training and development programs.
4. Assist with the recruitment/hiring process and performance management processes.
5. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
6. Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
7. Provide administrative support to the DSCA human resources team, including schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
8. Support other functions as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
