Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Savings Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business - overseeing the day-to-day running of our operations and supporting the team to deliver consistently high-quality service.
You’ll work closely with leadership to implement strategy, improve systems, ensure regulatory and process compliance and drive continuous improvement. It’s a varied and rewarding role for someone who loves getting things done, empowering teams and making a measurable difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the operational delivery of our services.
  • Oversee client onboarding, account management and ongoing administration.
  • Line manage and support the operations and administration team.
  • Maintain and improve operational systems, tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with compliance and technology teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs and risk indicators to maintain high service standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Support change management and business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
