This position's purpose is to provide resources and support to DYS youth transitioning to the community after serving their commitment. You will need to collaborate with members of the Savio Transition Program team to help your clients build not only a successful future for themselves, but also build hope in that future as well. Daily Impact looks like: Engaging with the youth and stakeholders in the youth's life. Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve their own problems Collaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting their own goals To belong at Savio, you need to: Be Flexible and self-motivated.
