POSITION: LINE COOK (FULL-TIME)

We are looking for an experienced full-time/part-time line/prep cook to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm, positive attitude during service
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices
  • Genuine passion for food and Italian cuisine
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and take direction from senior kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to our high standards, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Assist with prepping ingredients for daily service
  • Work on the line during service, executing dishes efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Help maintain inventory and stock levels for the kitchen
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
