We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Saw Operator/Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will operate steel saws, fulfill orders accurately, handle materials efficiently, and contribute to the smooth flow of warehouse operations. • Drive side loader and forklift to move stock safely within the warehouse
• Operate overhead crane to transport materials securely
• Count, weigh, and inspect incoming stock transfers, buyouts, mill direct shipments, and customer orders, placing them in stock or shipping racks
• Communicate any errors noted on orders to the warehouse foreman
• Store materials in stock pans and racks in an organized and safe manner
• Weigh materials accurately to maintain inventory precision
• Follow order instructions to meet customer requirements
• Measure materials to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
• Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet warehouse and customer needs as directed by the warehouse supervisor and foreman
• Maintain cleanliness in the receiving area of the warehouse
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor
• Complete inventory item/cycle counts
