Energy Alloys Global Solutions, a BioUrja Group company, is a global distributor of corrosion resistant steel and chromium alloy metals to the oil and gas industry. Our main products include mechanical tubes, OCTG tubes, casing and coupling stock, bars, liners, and semi-finished alloy products, all of which are available for immediate shipment. We carry Chrome, Nickel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Alloys, and Titanium of various sizes in stock. Energy Alloys Global Solutions also provides complete OD and ID machining, heat treating, straightening and cut-to-length services.

JOB SUMMARY

The QA Saw Shop Coordinator is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes within the saw shop, ensuring that all cutting tools, equipment, and fabricated materials meet established standards. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with quality control oversight to maintain operational excellence and compliance with safety and manufacturing standards. This position will work onsite at the Katy facility and onsite with our sub-contractor/saw shop company to monitor cutting operations, perform inspections, and uphold Energy Alloys Global Solutions’ quality expectations.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or quality management are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, QA/QC, or driving roles preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding product inspection and quality assurance.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items safely.
• Basic computer applications for record-keeping, inventory tracking, and reporting.
