We are looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Starbucks Barista, you will create memorable guest experiences while preparing quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and local customers alike. Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to brand standards Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to all guests Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, lobby, and work areas Restock products, supplies, and merchandise as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures Work collaboratively with hotel and Starbucks team members Promote a positive and professional hospitality environment Qualifications Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be dependable and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Requirements Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Background check may be required E-Verify employer Apply today and become part of the hospitality team at the Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown!
