Position: SB Facility Management Location: Bremen, Germany Field: Defence Type: Full-time Tasks: Planning and coordination of internal transport and relocations Monitoring of routine cleaning and coordination of special cleaning appointments, including the drafting of framework agreements and commissioning of special cleaning services in consultation with the purchasing department Commissioning and coordination of waste disposal and recycling companies, including the collection of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in cooperation with the purchasing department Organizing and monitoring the implementation of contracts (in consultation with Purchasing and, if necessary, Legal) for maintenance cleaning, winter services, waste disposal, transport, and similar facility management issues Processing rental agreements for buildings and commercial space (checking utility bills, administering rental agreements)Acting as a contact person for internal customers in all matters relating to infrastructural building management Processing onboarding orders from FM in the internal ticket system (JIRA) Processing fault reports and service orders in the facility management system Data maintenance in the CAFM tool and adjustments to data in the internal telephone directory Data maintenance/support with the administration of the room booking tool to be introduced Commercial and administrative tasks in facility management Maintenance of the facility management intranet site Independent processing and maintenance of infrastructure measures (onboarding/data line changes/(telephone) relocations), workplace management in the CAFM tool Independent commissioning, organization, coordination, and technical supervision of external services (e.g., moving companies) Management and support of necessary specialist companies Requirements: Knowledge of managing subcontractors and coordinating measures in the field of facility management Experience in managing orders and their end-to-end processing Very good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of SAP Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team Strong service orientation IT skills, MS Office skills Successful completion of commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk (m/f/d)) Commercial understanding and technical affinity for digital working methods Knowledge of CAFM software Structured, flexible, goal-oriented, and independent working style Reliability, ability to work in a team, flexibility, independent and careful working style Confident and competent manner toward internal and external customers What we offer: • Join a cosmopolitan and internationally mixed team: We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and cultures to contribute their unique perspectives and talents to our team. • Polish your German language skills: If you are looking to improve your German language skills, we offer a supportive environment where you can practice and develop your language abilities: whether you are a beginner or an advanced speaker. • Benefit from a fixed contact person from the company: We understand the importance of having a reliable point of contact within the company.
