Average bonus for high performing Shop Manager can begin at $6,000 annually. Shop Manager Responsibilities: * Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing. * Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings. * Resolve issues in real-time and proactively identify potential problems. * Conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, development, and termination of team members. * Train staff on light-duty maintenance for customers’ vehicles. * Enforce all company policies and procedures. * Foster a positive work environment for staff. * Partner with the Area Manager to set goals and review performance. * Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. * Manage customer relations and maintain accurate inventory. * Handle cash management and daily bank deposits. * Create weekly schedules and manage labor. * Monitor and track shop performance goals. * Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. * Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment. Requirements: * Must be 18 years or older. * Valid driver’s license required. * Background check is necessary. * Reliable transportation is required. * Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
