2+ years of Product Owner or similar experience in an agile environment Proven track record of shipping customer-focused features that delivered measurable business value. Strong ability to translate business goals into user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience working with engineering teams using Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong prioritization and trade-off skills; able to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy. Technical fluency to discuss design options and trade-offs with engineers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
