Responsibilities The Opportunity Brazil Finance Sr Analyst will play a key role in planning, reporting and monitoring General & Administrative (G&A) expenses. This role is responsible for providing G&A and Opex world class service for Brazil. Responsible for preparing operating expense (OPEX) analyses, interpreting actual data, and making forecasts across the region, with a particular focus on inflation, productivity, and functional initiatives. Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, provide accurate information to guide the decision-making process, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) regarding operating expenses. Your Impact As a Finance Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Deliver monthly budget act/fcst with special focus on non-labor expense; own all submissions. Review G&A and Total PBF Opex actuals during pre-close/close with Functions; deliver LE & flash submission to functions highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensure spend is recorded in correct P&L line item (MOH/Move/G&A/Sell) Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast Deliver monthly budget execution R&O Lead G&A budget build-up, including analysis and alignment with sub-functions function Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc Support the planning, implementation and development the LATAM G&A operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements Give guiadance regarding OpEx PBF process to the budgeteers for G&A and other P&L lines. Key point of contact of FP&A team Promote and adhere to MCC ways of working, culture and values Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other MCC locations Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
