Job DetailsJob Location: RABBLE HK LLC - New York, NY 10036Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 HourlyJob Category: Restaurant - Food ServicePosition Summary The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing a high-quality experience by taking drink orders, making recommendations and processing payments while ensuring that the guests’ needs are met. Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures. Ensures the timely delivery of all beverages to the guests. Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company. Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and alcohol awareness training standards. Protects establishment, guests and employees by adhering to Department of Health and company sanitation standards. Properly set up floor and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management. Performs opening, closing and side-work. Reports all breakage or damage of equipment. Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings. Updates knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities. Cleaning and clearing tables. Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails. Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook. Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests while providing professional and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction. Greet and welcome guests by offering a drink menu and providing information on any beverage specialties. Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue. Qualifications
