The Opportunity Your Impact Responsible for ensuring the correct execution and follow-up of customer orders across the supply chain process. The team coordinates closely with cross-functional areas such as planning, logistics, sales, customer service, and DRP to secure product availability, maintain service levels, and support operational continuity Responsibilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities across operations, planning, logistics, and commercial areas. Analytical mindset with capability to manage KPIs, inventory follow-up, and service level performance. Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. Experience managing order execution, supply chain processes, or operational follow-up. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt during transitions or operational changes. Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation. Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge preferred. English proficiency for communication with regional/global teams. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, or Order Management preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with ownership and continuous improvement orientation. Advanced Excel skills required; SAP knowledge preferred. English proficiency preferred for global communication.
