Job Description Purpose Provide advisory support to enable the achievement of effective master data management (suppliers, materials and services) for the Company. 1. Safety: Create a safety culture through productive and authorized operational systems/processes that allow all employees (including contracting partners) to provide their outputs in a risk-controlled environment. Oversee consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities. 2. Performance and Delivery • Provide advisory support to the roll out of the Master Data strategy and road map, to drive the Master Data Standard across the Company. • Provide advisory support for determining parameters and priorities for all master data for the Company. Ensure materials and supplier master data records are correct and consistently applied across the Company. Provide advisory support for the supplier onboarding process interface to ensure that suppliers are onboarded quickly, and the sourcing and contracts teams are aligned. • Ensure supplier master data services contract administration is conducted effectively. Input vendor master data into the system and communicate to users • Provide advisory support to the control routine assurance process. • Provide advisory support for the creation of supplier onboarding training material and training of relevant users. Support the coding provider service and track performance outputs. • Contribute to BU commercial performance, working with commercial teams to achieve excellence. • Provide support for the creation of streamlined templates to the Business and encourage effective master data management throughout the company to promote proper use and adoption. • Compile monthly reports and dashboards to ensure delivery of master data solutions. • Ensure effective master data analysis and benchmarking is conducted to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the Services, System & Performance and other teams to identify issues and drive innovative best practice approaches for master data management. • Contribute to the development of the community and inclusive procurement policy, strategy and programme of work by providing Company and asset context. • Align master data management to ensure an effective and efficient PSC service is provided to all assets and Company stakeholders. • Support the development and implementation of Company specific social & sustainability strategies and initiatives tha twill contribute to the sustainable mine plans and enable the Living Mine. 3. People & Teams • Implement a purpose-driven, high-performing culture that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity, supports engagement and fosters continuous improvement to work processes. • Support capacity building in supply chain and beyond through sustainable and transferable knowledge management and dissemination 4.Compliance • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory, legislative and permitting requirements. Qualifications Prescribed: An undergraduate qualification - bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, alternatively relevant tertiary qualification Desirable: Appropriate post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline Certifications: Desirable: Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s license. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
